We offer four ambiences of decoration in our Paris apartments and two packages of services for your long term rental.

Insurance for rented holiday accomodation

Decision on holiday destinations and accomodation are often taken a long time in advance.

Between the time you book and the actual date, a lot of things may happen preventing you from taking your holidays. Your down payment, or even the total cost of the rental will not be refunded. For a total of 3% of the rental, you are insured in case of cancellation, interruption and Personal liability.

Catering at home

We propose to you this service to simplify your day. We have many high quality restaurants to recommend that will deliver right to your apartment to satisfy your appetite.
You order the dishes that you want by phone and they will be delivered between 30 minutes and one hour.

Champagne and wines

PARISIAN HOME welcomes you with a bottle of white wine " les vignerons du cap leucate". You will find it in your apartment at your arrival. You can also order a bottle of champagne or a case of wine (6 bottles) respectively at 36€ and 48€.

Cleaning

Even Cinderella preferred to have fun rather than do the cleaning! And this is all the more true for you as you have limited time to visit Paris. We therefore offer you this regular cleaning service at home. This service should be booked 3 days in advance.

We propose :

Flowers

PARISIAN HOME is at your disposal should you want to adorn your apartment during your stay.

A bunch of flowers. Cost: 30€.

High speed online

Would you like an Internet connection in your apartment? Just ask for it at the agency PARISIAN HOME, and we will take a subscription for high speed on line with our partner Wanadoo.

1. Plant :

Planting of the Internet connection costs 29,90 euros.

2. Subscription :

Subscription with commitment (3 months at least), unlimited connection :

eXtense 1 Mo: 24,90€ including all taxes per month
eXtense up to 8 Mo: 29,90€ including all taxes per month
eXtense up to 18 Mo: 39,90€ including all taxes per month

3. Modem :

We propose some modems in the agency. The best price is :

Modem USB port 1€ TTC
Modem éthernet 3€/ month per rental or 79€ TTC on buy.

Linen and towels package

PARISIAN HOME can make available extra linen and towels for 37 €.

Phone card

A phone card is offered to you from PARISIAN HOME so that you may call your close ones as soon as you arrive. We then advise you to buy, if you need it, a France Télécom phone card, which guarantees no extra charges during your call.

Dry cleaner

A work session tomorrow, a business diner two days after? Unfortunately your suit is not clean… Keep cool! Pressing at home is one of our services. Clothes can be collected at your apartment from 3pm and be given back by 9pm. You can book this service by phone (0810.630.600), from 8am to 9pm.

Shuttle

PARISIAN HOME proposes two shuttle services to you airport for your arrival (of the airport to the apartment) and for your departure (of the apartment to the airport).

The reservation and the payment are carried out directly near our partners.
