Owner’s insurance
As owner, you have to take out a casualty insurance « Occupant owner» or « Non occupant owner » whether we live or not in your apartment.
In order to insure your apartment during the renting periods, we have created a close collaboration with our partner, AGEO COURTAGE. It allows to have an insurance contract with the AXA ASSURANCES COMPANY, which insure you against damage due to :
- Fire and comparable events
- Climatic events
- Catastrophes, terrorist attacks
- Technologic disasters
- Water damage
- Broken windows
- Stay/travel
In opposition to most of casualty insurances, specific terms of this contract insures you, even if the occupant had not insure himself/herself the accommodation, as well as if the period of non habitation is higher than 90 days per year.
The contract can also include the following guarantees :
- Defence appeal
- Home help
- Help for people
Guarantee and franchise limits vary according to the apartment that you belong and can be adapted to your needs.
