Insurance

In order to cover rental risks, PARISIAN HOME systematically subscribes an insurance for tenants:

In order to guarantee on one side,

• The Rental risks, fire, water damage, “building and inside”
• Resort of thirds,

and on the other side,

• Broken windows,
• furniture and/or property damages , without exception, that the tenant could do to the rental premises, without search of responsibility.

Telephone

A phone card is offered to you from PARISIAN HOME so that you may call your close ones as soon as you arrive.

Electricity

Electricity is already subscribed for you when you arrive in the apartment. You do not need to contact EDF and have therefore no fees of subscription or cancellation. You will also have electricity as soon as you enter your apartment.

Towels and linen

A package including towels and linen will be in your apartment for your arrival. If you rent an apartment longer than a month, a second package will be given to you.

The present of Parisian Home

A bottle of wine "Terre Ardente" blanc des vignerons de Cap Leucate, is offered to you by PARISIAN HOME. You find it in your apartment at your arrival.
