At Parisian Home, rental charges include:

• The rent,
• Tourist tax ,
• Insurance to cover civil liability and claims by neighbours and third parties
• A deposit for electricity and gas. Electricity and gas contracts are already in place when you arrive. There are no formalities to end utilities contracts when you leave.
• Free telephone calls (to landlines) in France and to 104 countries (For the service provider FREE, the list of countries and mobile numbers included in the contract can be accessed at http://www.free.fr/adsl/telephone.html)
• Unlimited broadband internet and television (channels included in the package)
• Household linen (towels and sheets) available in the apartment. For rentals of more than two weeks, a second linen pack is supplied at no extra charge.
• An arrival pack with a welcome gift
• Technical assistance during our office hours.
