• For your transfer from/to the Paris airports/stations, Parisian Home is partner with the company Airport-Line Car Services. A shuttle service 7 days/7 from 65€. €. Free for children under 3 years old. The driver will take you to the building, help you to bring your luggage upstairs and will give you the apartment’s keys.

The departure process allows us to make a first check of the apartment but it does not constitute the inspection of the premises. The latter will be made at time of the apartment’s cleaning. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage has been noticed during the inspection of the premises

This welcome / departure process is valid 7 days/week from 8.00am to 8.00pm at the cost of 80€ (VAT incl.). Out of these hours, an extra cost of 50€ (VAT incl.) will apply. If you only choose one or the other, the welcome will be charged 60€ (VAT incl.) and the departure 40€ (VAT incl.).

If you choose this process, please send your request by email checkin@parisianhome.com as soon as you have reserved your apartment and at the latest 3 days prior to your arrival.

Please mention:

• your departure's city
• your flight / train number
• your arrival time at the airport/station
• the number of persons
• the apartment's address and reference number
• a telephone number on which you can be reached while you are in Paris
• your departure time

You will be contacted within 24hrs to organise your arrival / your departure in the best conditions.

Cancellation's insurance

Your choice of a destination and accomodation is often taken a long time in advance. In the meantime, various events can happen, which can prevent you from going to your holidays' place.

The deposit or the full amount of your rental will not be refunded. In order to financially protect yourself against cancellations's consequences, it is recommended to subscribe with PM Conseil Insurance, a Cancellation's insurance, Breaking off, Liability Insurance for only 3% of the rental's amount.

You will also have a liability insurance if any material damage occurs further to a fire, an explosion, a water damage.
