• Home insurance for non-occupying owners
• Home insurance and civil liability for the tenant – Damage to goods level 1
• Household linen

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

• Standing charges and usage for electricity and gas
• Telephone, internet and TV usage outside the package
• Cleaning on departure. For weekly rentals a standard charge, depending on the size of the apartment and the length of the stay will be charged. For monthly rentals this service will be charged at an hourly rate of 26 euros TTC/hour.
• Optional services
• Cancellation insurance is optional for 3% of the rental amount
