The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building of good standing with a lift. The access is secured by two digicodes.This 40sqm studio features two distinct spaces: a living-room and a bedroom, which can be separated by a bulkhead. The living-room has a couch, a TV, a small library and the access to the large balcony. This balcony has a breathtaking view on the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, the small statue of Liberty, the Sacre-Coeur and the towers of the Beaugrenelle district. The neighborhood

Auteuil, Victor Hugo

Between the Bois de Boulogne and the Seine river, this district is full of museums, parks, embassies and sports complexes. Not far from the Longchamps hippodrome, the Parc des Princes or Roland Garros, the villas and buildings of the 1900s are an invitation to stoll. Today Haussmannian, the district was once a village where Chateaubriand and the Goncourt brothers enjoyed the country life charm of the Molitor Villas, Beauséjour or the Boileau hamlet.

All are now hidden behind fences. Stroll through rue Fontaine and discover the Nouille-style buildings such as Castel Béranger, at n°14, a graded building. Have a coffee in the very small bistro at n°17 which still has its 1911 red wooden façade . There are a few other architectural surprises: the imposing 1930s Chaillot Palace, the concrete and glass Vuitton Foundation vessel and the 1960s style Maison de la Radio.

The latter is entirely round to preserve the waves. Recharge your batteries in the Jardin des Serres d’Auteuil or near Passy in the Jardin d’Acclimatation, with its bandstand, its enchanted river and its animals. And why not also visit Bagatelle Park ?
