Location:It's a very safe district with many luxury shops (Vuitton, Chanel, Dior …), as well as many quality cafes and restaurants (including several 3 stars). There is also La durée, the famous tea room established in 1862, with its famous macaroons. Avenue Montaigne is within walking distance, as well as Place des Ternes and the open market of Poncelet. You will also appreciate being close to Parc Monceau if you have children.You can reach many points of interest on foot or very quickly by public transport. The nearest metro station is George V and Franklin D. Roosevelt.
Layout of the Apartment:
Located on the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. Access is secured by a door code and a second door with an intercom. All double glazed windows overlook a quiet courtyard.Passing through the studio door, you will find a double bed, a sofa and a TV. In the room to your right is a large kitchen that is well equipped. The bathroom has a large shower and WC.

Monceau, Étoile, Champs Élysées
The west of Paris is an invitation to explore the posh side of town. You will discover Haute Couture houses, luxury stores, chic restaurants and renowned galleries. In the famous Avenue des Champs Élysées you will meet both tourists and business people.
