The apartments that we offer for rent must fulfil a list of Parisian Home requirements, and this allows us to achieve occupancy rates in the range of 70-80%. These can reach 90% for apartments in the best locations. Occupancy rates are traditionally high in Paris, which has sustained rental activity all year round and which remains the most visited capital in the world. PARISIAN HOME makes sure that your property is well maintained. Our cleaning team carries out a thorough clean between each rental. We carry out small repairs (electricity, plumbing, telephone, Internet, locks, heating, etc.) and we replace small items that are faulty (hoses, light bulbs, washers, small kitchen appliances, etc.). A full inventory is carried out between each rental. If any damage is found we will deduct the cost of repair from the tenant’s deposit. We systematically give you a report of all work carried out in your apartment. Regular maintenance will ensure that your apartment does not deteriorate. Leaving you free from the hassle!
