a nice little apartment in a lively neighborhood

the apartment is excellent for a family like us, with two kids (9 and 12). it is very close to etienne marcel subway station (less than 5 mins walk). the house is literally surrounded by restaurants and bars, but the apartment is not noisy at all. it is very central with louvre, notre dame, beaubourg, etc, all within walking distance. boulangerie and supermarket for breakfast also very close. there is a small but functional elevator (2nd floor). the only shortcomings: 1) shower not hanging at the wall, you must hold it in your hand; 2) the little thing to clean the wc closet was broken; 3) one lamp was broken. overall four great days in paris!

Nice Visit to Paris

Location was great, service and communication was very good. Apartment lacked some basic amenities for the price charged ($200/night). One dish towel, no paper towels or anything to clean up with (not even a sponge beneath the sink. All in all a very good stay and with a little work could be excellent. I will also post to Booking.com a favorable review.

Very nice. All what you aspect from holiday.

All very good. In future it would be better to have a new concrete floor more simple to be cleaned. The vacuum machine had the bag full and could not work. Noise from the electricity counter that in the night become rumorous.
The WC too much high from the floor. HOWEVER all other things were very good I will suggest to my friends.

Rue Pierre Lescot 1BR Apartment

Convenient location close to Metro and some city attractions. Clean and spacious. Better value than a hotel room for about the same money. We were able to prepare some of our meals with the kitchen facilities, although there could have been more utensils, like a spatula. Plenty of nearby bistros to eat out.
Bath had a washing machine, but no dryer so we still had to use the laundromat. Neighbourhood a little less desirable than some because of nearby sex shops, but they didn't cause us any real concern.
