- 4 people apartment in PARIS (Sentier stop)
Location
Renovated at the end of the 1980s, the neighborhood of the rue Montorgueil is an extension of Les Halles. Nowadays, its cobblestone streets are closed to traffic. Montorgueil is a market street with rows of market gardeners, cheesemakers and bakers: colors and scents reminiscent of country villages. In the surrounding streets you will find numerous restaurants and bars.
Building and orientation
The apartment is located in an old building of good quality, with well-maintained common areas. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with no elevator and overlooks a quiet courtyard.
Layout of the apartment
Located at the end of a paved courtyard, this building is representative of the investment buildings built in the rue Montmartre during the 18th century. Now, this district, not far from Les Halles, has become residential. This 38 square meters furnished apartment, entirely designed by an interior architect, will enable you to have a nice stay in a sleek, functional and contemporary apartment.
Facing northeast, the living room has 4 tall double-glazed windows, which offer views on a large courtyard. It includes a 120 cm convertible sofa and a white convertible leather armchair. It features a home cinema. The floor is coated with tinted resin, and the color of the taupe-colored walls changes according to the natural light. The open kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, hotplates and a dishwasher. It opens onto a dining area made up of a table and 4 creamy-white chairs.
