recommendable!

As in earlier reviews: the entrance is not promising but the apartment is completely renovated, well equipped, very quiet, and conveniently located. A public car park is within 500m distance.
The drainage of the bathroom basin was blocked but after an email it was fixed within a few hours. Great service!
We had a wonderful weekend. Will definitely stay with Parisian Home again.

Great apartment on a great location!

Perfect location.
Very clean.
Good bathroom.
The sleeping couch was perfect, also for two; you couldn't tell it actually was also a couch!
For the bed in the addict you should bot be longer than 1.80.

Superb!

We got 'a bit' concerned when we saw the entrance, but we got surprised very positively when we came in to the appartement! In there it was everything we needed, and we had a superb stay in Paris - all 5 of us.
We really recommend this way of 'living' when staying in Paris, instead of a hotel. The best holiday - so far! :-)

The apartment is highly recommendable

The apartment was clean and quite new (27 rue poissonniere), the negative aspect is the entrance to the building. It is quite depressing.
I have a claim against the people at the agency, they were very nice and polite, but the last day of our stay we had the return flight at 18:40 and we had to leave the apartment at 10:00. We asked them to keep our luggage from 10 to 16 but they said that the agency was closed on Sunday and didn't offer a solution.

Decent apartment

The apartment itself was quite decent. The pictures make it seem larger than it really is but, once we got used to it, there really was enough room for four adults to co-exist quite nicely. The price was worth it.

Be prepared for the entryway! When we arrived, we thought that it was an abandoned building! The sidewalk out front was torn out (although it should be fixed by now and was looking nice when we left). The ceiling in the hallway was being held up by supports. Yikes!

It appears that this building, and the buildings surrounding it, are in the middle of being fixed up. I'm sure they will be lovely once finished but it was a bit shocking to see when we first arrived.

If you can overlook the entryway, it was actually a nice place to stay, overall. Also, be prepared for the winding staircase up to the apartment. It's very pretty but a bit of a struggle with large luggage.
