Quaint Paris Apartment near the Arc de Triomphe

This apartment is a little gem near the Arc de Triomphe. It was adequate for the four of us, but would have been cramped for 6 people. It is close to a Monoprix store with a nice grocery selection, and is close to many cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. We especially liked the apartment's proximity to two Metro stations. The toilet is in a separate closet from the shower, think airline cabin toilet, but we made due. The shower is nice and large, and is in the same room with the washing machine. Be forewarned that there is no clothes dyer, and that clothes will need to be air dried. Direction on how to use the washer would be helpful, but we figured it out. Also on the day we arrived, we discovered that the hot water heater was turned off, but after calling the customer service agent, he was able to step me through the simple process to reset it. Since it was an instant hot water heater, we had hot water immediately upon reset. The internet TV was not intuitive to use, but after some experimenting, we also figured it out. Again some directions on its use would be helpful as well. Finally, discovered that the microwave is a dual microwave/convection oven, which is nice, but there were again no directions for use. Through trial and error we finally figured how to reheat some food. When visiting Paris, you're probably not there to watch TV, do laundry, or reheat a meal, but some instructions, never-the-less would have been helpful. Despite these minor quirks, we'd stay there again, and will be recommending the place to our friends and family. C'est la vie!
