At Parisian Home, rental charges include:

  • Tourist Tax
  • Insurance to cover civil liability and claims by neighbours and third parties
  • A deposit for electricity and gas. Electricity and gas contracts are already in place when you arrive. There are no formalities to end utilities contracts when you leave.
  • Free telephone calls (to landlines) in France and to 104 countries (For the service provider FREE, the list of countries and mobile numbers included in the contract can be accessed at http://www.free.fr/adsl/telephone.html)
  • Unlimited broadband internet and television (channels included in the package)
  • An arrival pack with a welcome gift
  • Technical assistance during our office hours.

In order to cover tenancy risks, Parisian Home systematically takes out an insurance policy on behalf of tenants. Consult insurance policy details.

Insurance

In order to cover rental risks, PARISIAN HOME systematically subscribes an insurance for tenants:

In order to guarantee on one side

  • The Rental risks, fire, water damage, “building and inside”
  • Resort of thirds

and on the other side

  • Broken windows
  • Furniture and/or property damages, without exception, that the tenant is responsible for the damages, without search of responsibility.

Electricity

A bottle of wine "Terre Ardente" blanc des vignerons de Cap Leucate, is offered to you by PARISIAN HOME. You find it in your apartment at your arrival.
