In front of the doorstep of this old building, the steel netting that surrounds the building of the Ministry of Culture. A few meters further, the Louvre, its museum and its pyramid. A few steps away, the Palais Royal, the most confidential garden in Paris, which houses, under its colonnades, confidential luxury boutiques. And also, the majestic Place des Victoires, the bubbling Forum des Halles, the bistros on rue Coquillière ... A fabulous neighborhood, calm, chic and lively.

Once the door push-opened of this stone building, we pass under a porch leading to a paved little courtyard recently renovated. At the end, a second code door takes you into the staircase leading to the apartment, quietly located at the back of the building, and facing east.

Apartment layout

This studio has for strength to have three spaces of differentiated life. It is accessed by a small entrance in which a cupboard is nestled and which leads, through two steps, to the separate kitchen. Of good dimension, clear and isolated from the rest of the flat, it would invite easily to put in the furnaces! The main room has a sleeping area with a bed, a bedside table and a large built-in wardrobe, all arranged in a spacious alcove.

It then opens onto the other part of the window piece which exposes the gray pearl of its walls to the light darting through two windows. The old parquet flooring and the black marble fireplace give it a classic character. The furniture, mixing Scandinavian touches and old pieces, completes the sober and chic atmosphere of the place. The bathroom, decorated with an Italian shower with balneotherapy system and adorned with dark slate, plays on the same register.
