Cosy, Clean and Quiet Left Bank atelier

A small, CLEAN 1 bedroom flat with all the essentials for a short stay. Well maintained and CHARMING character. The location could not be better; amazing to retreat to this QUIET flat right in the heart of it all. If I had to pick some negatives... it is a long way up to the top but good training for climbing Notre Dame! And would have been fabulous to have a dryer.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment

This was an absolutely gorgeous, well-appointed and comfortable apartment. My family and I enjoyed our time there immensely. It is in a sensational location, close to many of the central icons of Paris. I unreservedly recommend it.

Quaint apartment

The apartment was well set up with all amenities, but it was quite the hike up the 4 flights and the stairs were very scary - tight little corners, uneven and dark (until we found the hall lights! - it would help to give visitors little tips like this about the hall lights and about opening the door - it was very heavy and took us quite awhile to figure out how to open (after 20 hrs of travelling the brain doesn't work). The roof has some sort of leak over the bed - each day there was a dusting of ash or old wood dust or rot. No facecloths in bathroom- would have been nice to have. Locationwise this was excellent close to everything and QUIET. It gets super high points for being quiet.

This apartment is amazing.

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. The place was better than we expected! The location is hard to beat, modern touches, great bedroom, bathroom, eating area, lots of light.... did I mention the area is really hard to beat?!

A perfectly located apartment for seeing Paris - near everything but quiet

My wife and I stayed in this apartment near the métro Odéon for a month this summer. It's on a quiet street yet within a mere moment's walk to the most active sections of the Paris 6th arr. & 5th as well for that matter. The building is very charming, but the owner has provided a fully modernized kitchen and bath, with well-functioning wifi and telephone service. For all that, the price is fairly reasonable as these things go - we've seen comparable listings much farther out for a similar rate. Above all Parisian Home is an excellent administrating agency: when my wife & I accidentally locked ourselves out over the weekend, they went to their office after business hours to leave me an extra key - that way, I didn't have to call a locksmith or stay in a hotel. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and for that we're extremely grateful. We'll certainly be looking first to Parisian Home apartments on our next visit to Paris.

Fabulous apartment in one of the best neighborhoods for fun and tourism.

The apartment is absolutely charming and perfectly sized for 2-3 people. The appliances appear to be all new and you have everything that you could possibly need. A few cons: When we arrived the only lamp in the living/dining area was broken. At night it was very dark with only a couple of decorative wall fixtures to use. We called immediately the next day and it took 4 days before an electrician came and fixed the lamp. Also, the 4 flights of stairs are exhausting and narrow. I'm pretty fit, but even I found myself taking a few deep breaths after hiking up these old circular stairs, and with baggage it was a chore. One other comment worth noting. For transportation from the Paris airport they recommend using Airport Line. The driver picks you up from the airport with the apartment key in hand and takes you to your apartment. We were arriving late at night so I didn't want to have to take a detour to the Parisian Home Office to pick up the keys. So I hired Airport Line even though it was more expensive than a taxi. Turns out we still had to make a detour and go to the Parisian Home office to pick up the keys. This is not what I wanted to do and could have taken a taxi if I had known the driver would not have the apartment keys with him. So, aside from all this nitpicking: great apartment, and attentive service from Parisian Home. I would absolutely use Parisian Home again. They are professional and trustworthy.
