In terms of public transport, the Ledru-Rollin metro station (line 8) is just a 2-minute walk away, and several bus lines, including line 61, provide quick access to Gare de Lyon in less than 5 minutes. The Place de la Bastille is a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood also offers a wide range of amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, banks, dry cleaners, and an electric vehicle charging station, all just steps away.
