Location

One of the charming Paris rental flats that are located in the deep heart of the Marais. Close to the subway stations Saint Paul and Hotel de Ville. Thanks to its central position, the main tourist points are within walking distance, Pompidou Centre, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Picasso, Carnavals, museums and many more. The neighborhood is safe and you will appreciate the strolls that you can take around the area from your Paris apartment.

Standing:

Located on the 4th floor of a building giving on a paved courtyard whose access is secured by a door code. The building itself also has a coded- door. It has a lift. The windows of the living-room give on the courtyard and offer a clear view on a lovely courtyard with many plantes, on the rooftops and on a beautiful 'hotel particulier'. The windows of the bedroom give on the lovely paved courtyard you cross when you enter the building.

Layout:

This lovely 37sqm apartment has two separate rooms. The entrance corridor leads to all the rooms. The living-room is on the right at the end of the corridor. It is equipped with a dining table for four people. It can easily be opened to form a large dining table if needed. This room features a comfortable sofa-bed for two people (140x200) and an armchair. It also features a wardrobe with hangers and shelves. From the windows you will have a clear view on a lovely Hotel Particulier and on a romantic little paved courtyard with plants. The bedroom is right in front of the living-room. It is small but still comfortable. It features a double bed (140x200) and a large built-in wardrobe.

The windows of the bedroom has a view on the first courtyard you cross when you enter the building. The bathroom is accessible from the corridor. It features a walk-in shower and the toilets. The fitted kitchen is near the entrance door. It has been renewed recently (June 2012) just as the main room and the bedroom. This apartment can sleep up to four guests, it is lovely, full of light and extremely quiet, you will sleep there like a baby !

You will love being so close to the bubbling Marais area and living in such a quiet environment ! This charming flat will be a great place to stay for your vacation or for a longer stay if you come to work in Paris for few months.
