Building and orientation:

This is a stone building. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, directly accessible by the elevator, and is double-oriented; one side overlooking the street and the other side overlooks the courtyard.

Layout of the apartment:

This family prestige apartment is distinguished by its old wooden floor, a great light and volumes. From the entrance, the large corridor leads the main rooms. On the right, there is a large bedroom overlooking the courtyard, with two 90 cm beds that can be joined to form a 180 cm double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an office desk. The adjoined bathroom has a shower tub and WC and is connected with a 2nd bedroom that has three single beds and the dressing. 

The double family room offers comfort and light and it is accessible from the 2nd bedroom and from the entrance.
