In the past, Les Halles was a large market supplying the whole of Paris. It is now a shopping center called the Forum des Halles. It is home to the capital's largest metro and RER station. It's also home to Saint Eustache church, one of the most beautiful in Paris, with its Gothic architecture and Renaissance influences.

Building and orientation:

This is an old building typical of the central districts of Paris. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator, and faces a courtyard.

Apartment layout:

This elegant studio is fitted out to a high standard in terms of materials, decoration and layout. It opens onto a room with high ceilings. Near the entrance is the bathroom with shower and WC. In the main room, around an attractive glass table, you'll find a sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine, and, opposite, a functional kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave.

On the worktop, various appliances complete the equipment: toaster, kettle, espresso machine... Near the window, a charming bench seat and an electric fireplace create a romantic living room.
