The Ile Saint Louis is like a small village within Paris and has some of the most beautiful 17th century architecture in the city. Running through the center of the island is the main street the Rue Saint Louis en I'Ile. Guests will find many boutiques, bistros and food shops. The island is also perfectly located between both banks and there is access to the line 1 at Saint Paul and the line 4 and RER at Saint Michel.

Building

This studio is located between the first and second floor, there will always be half a floor to walk. Completely renovated to optimize its 21 m² surface, its windows overlook the paved courtyard of the building, ensuring its calm.

The closest metro stops are Cité, St Miche Notre Dame, Pont Marie and Sully Morland. RER B will take you directly to both Paris airports. You can also use the Paris bike system, Velib, or even the batobus which are alternative means of transport to the subways.

Apartment Layout

This studio is located on the first floor of a building with lift, the apartment is located in between the 1st and 2nd floors so guests should not need the lift. This charming 21m² apartment on the historic Ile St Louis has been entirely renovated to mazimize the space. The entrance directly gives on the fitted kitchen which is open on the main room. It has all you need to cook a simple meal including electric stove top, microwave-grill and combination washer dryer.

The bedroom/living-room area features 2 simple beds for two people. This living room area is large enough so that the bed can be left open with plenty of space to move around. You will be able to store your clothes in the two wardrobes at your disposal. One of them as shelves and hangers the other has shelves only, and a safe box.The studio features a dining table for two people, a beautiful desk when you need to work. The bathroom is very nice and bright, it features a walk-in shower, a washbasin and WC. All the windows overlook the paved courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay.
