Location:

Located in the West of the fifteenth district, Javel once was an industrial pole. Today, the district houses the beautiful André-Citroën park, the Georges Pompidou hospital, and many office blocks. At the Porte de Versailles, you will see the most important exhibition center, where around 200 events a year are organized.

Building and orientation:

It is a contemporary building of good quality, providing a secure access. The studio is located on the eighth floor directly accessible by the elevator, and offers a clear view of the rooftops and the Eiffel Tower.

Layout of the apartment:

This studio is nicely decorated and provides a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Fully floored, it includes an entrance with a large wardrobe. The main room has a double bed with curtains (like the canopy style) and a convertible sofa (140 and 160 cm) as well as a coffee table with leather armchairs. Very quiet, it is also very bright thanks to the large bay window. The American kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, hotplates with an extractor hood, dishwasher. The bathroom features a shower cubicle and toilets.
