Located in the main street of the Belleville area, a lively neighborhood, beloved by artists and young families due to its proximity with the biggest park in Paris, the Buttes Chaumont park. The building is located in the upper part of the street from where you can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. Enjoy a variety of food shops, bakers, butchers, greengrocers, .. as well as many cafes and restaurants and their terraces, taken over whenever the weather allows it !
Although situated away from the main tourist areas, you will enjoy a very Parisian local life while still having the opportunity to reach the center of Paris very easily (and quickly !).
The Pyrénées Metro station is right around the corner, less than 2 minutes walk, the metro line 11 will enable you to reach Arts et Métiers (Beaubourg, Le Marais) in no more than 10 minutes.
This little house is located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator whose entrance is protected by a digital lock. The entrance to the house is protected by two gates. You will enjoy a private terrace whenever the weather will allow it (mostly from spring).
The main floor has large bay windows (double-glazed windows with electric shutters). The upper mezzanine has a skylight.
This lovely 40 sqm house has a main floor and a bedroom on the open mezzanine (note that you can not stand on the mezzanine). The main floor features a sofa bed convertible into a comfortable double bed 140x200 and a dining table with comfortable chairs that used to be in an opera. The kitchen is open on the main room. Two stools allow you to enjoy the counter for breakfast. If you need to work, the office space with a desk will be perfect. From the living room a door opens into a dressing room.
From there you will reach the bathroom equipped with sink and a walk-in shower with a very high ceiling and a skylight. On the other side of the dressing area you will find the separate toilet.
A sliding door separates the bathroom from the dressing area (the toilet also has a sliding door). A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the mezzanine. It has a double bed 140x200 under a skylight (with sliding blind).
This home features a private terrace for you to enjoy in summer and where you can dine as it will have a table with four chairs. You will love the feeling here in this quiet place, decorated with taste, especially if you appreciate the contemporary Art! This place will be perfect for a couple, you will have the feeling to live like a true Parisian in this welcoming cosmopolitan neighborhood.

Hipsters get together in these cosmopolitan neighborhoods, a cultural melting pot. Trendy bars, restaurants or shops from around the world share the space: “Little India” is an invitation to explore amongst the spices or to eat your fill at one of the restaurants in Brady passage. Hairdressers and African wig stores abound at Château Rouge where you will hear people chatting in Peuhl, Bouthou or Bassa tongue. Rue des Petites Ecuries, offers more of a Turkish welcome. A little further up, a throngs of lively picnics along the Canal Saint-Martin, lined with Venetian bridges, trees, terraces, artist’s workshops, shops or bookstores.
Take advantage of your visit to sunbathe on the small Place Sainte-Marthe with its pretty terrace. Belleville, a few steps away, is a popular old quarter that Parisians love for its unique lively atmosphere. Walk down the Faubourg du Temple street for a nostalgic browse in the numerous bazaars, grocery stores and thrift stores.
