In the 13th district of Paris, rent this apartment on the authentic and charming Butte-aux-Cailles street, a true village within Paris. This place is unique in Paris because it kept its authenticity with its many small streets, its trees and its special atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants there for you to have a good time, especially in the Cinq Diamants Street and in the Butte aux Cailles Street.

You will even be able to swim in the only freshwater swimming pool in the river Bièvre! The busy Tolbiac Street is nearby, it has many shops but if you like the French open air market, you will love the Corvisart market on Tuesdays, on Fridays and on Sundays. After staying only a few days, you will be adopted by the inhabitants of this “village”. The closest metro stations are Corvisart and Place d'Italie.

It features two separate bedrooms, a dining-room, a living-room, an open kitchen, bathroom but cherry on top of the cake, a 20sqm balcony accessible from the dining-room and the living-room. It has been organized with a garden table and two chairs, and with a lovely bench. The view is just amazing from this balcony : The Eiffel Tower, The Invalides Dome, the Val de Grâce Dome, the Sacré Coeur on the back… This is also the promise of unforgettable sunsets.

The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to the bedrooms on one side, or to the living area on the other side. The entrance hall leads to the dining-room. It features a large dining table where six people can sit. The fitted kitchen is open on the dining-room. High stools will enable you to use the bar. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a desk. The second bedroom has hideaway beds (two single beds 90x190) that you can use to form a double bed if preferred (180x190). You will be able to store your clothes in this bedroom as it features a large wardrobe with mirror doors. Both bedrooms are bright and they both have a lovely view on buildings and trees. The toilets are separated, in the corridor.

French windows open on the balcony and a lovely garden table with seats. As soon as the sun will shows up, you will appreciate spending time on the balcony, watching the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré Coeur, etc...The living-room is open on the dining-room. It has a sofabed , coffee table and armchairs. It also has an access to the balcony with French windows opening on a lovely area : the bench and the vegetation behind it. Note that is also keeps you out of the wind. In march you will be able to lay there and get a tan !

The kitchen is on the back of the corridor. It is also accessible from the living-room. It has a bathtub with shower head.
