The historic Marais district in the heart of Paris is one of the most coveted for Parisian stays. Its small cobbled streets abound and the neighborhood mixes both a young and trendy and a more traditional population. The patina of 16-17th century buildings contrasts beautifully with the small, colorful modern shops. Many apartments for rent here have historic ceiling beams that give them a special charm.

The Marais extends from the imposing, very famous, Center Pompidou to Place des Vosges, one of the oldest and most romantic squares in Paris. Le Marais has everything you need for an unforgettable stay in Paris. This district is full of great bars and cafes, lively markets, but also green spaces, trendy art galleries, or countless places to taste a variety of delicacies ranging from small bakeries to high-end restaurants.

Apartment:

The apartment has been renovated to offer our guests modern comforts. It is very spacious, the first level has a large room serving as an entrance, with coat racks, a kitchen and a fully equipped dining room. A closet conceals the washing machine and storage on this level.

Upstairs, under a beautiful exposed beam ceiling, there is the huge living room with an office space separated by two large sliding doors and the bedroom that looks onto the courtyard.

Building:

The duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a 17th century building typical of the Marais. Passing the door from the street, you will pass under a porch which will lead you to your staircase.

Tips:

The bedroom has plenty of storage.The bathroom is also on this level. The interior is very relaxing. The bedroom overlooks a small interior courtyard, while the living room and the office overlook the street but have double-glazed windows. It is a perfect home away from home for your next business trip.
