Location

Between the Opéra and Montorgueil, there is the vibrant business district of the Bourse. Once the working day is over, it becomes quiet. Come and admire the wonderful Galerie Vivienne, located between the Bourse and the Palais Royal, covered with an elegant skylight, entirely made of mosaics. Fashion and decoration boutiques have made it their home.

Building and orientation

The studio is located on the 4th floor with no elevator in a small typical building whose common areas are currently being renovated.

Layout of the apartment

To access the apartment, you take a wooden staircase. Entering the apartment, there is a corridor and on the left, the bathroom. In the main room, you will find a large living room with a big LCD TV, a 120 cm convertible sofa and a little desk. At the end of this room you will find large closets with mirrors. Behind you, there is a dining table and an equipped kitchen. The two parts are linked by a wooden work surface in the form of an “L”. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to cook delicious dishes: an oven, cooking utensils, a dishwasher… Coffee amateurs can choose between a classic coffee machine or a Nespresso machine. The bathroom includes a large shower cubicle and toilets. For your clothes, you can use a vapor pressing station and a washer dryer.

Home Truths:

-The communal area in this apartment is not the nicest. There is little light and some wires, however the interior of the apartment is great!
