Renovated at the end of 1980s, Montorgueil street's neighborhood is an extension of Les Halles. Its streets, newly made of cobblestones, are now roads closed to traffic. Montorgueil is a market place where bakers, cheese mongers, and market gardeners are lined up: all the colors and aromas make the travelers feel like they are in little villages in the countryside of France. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the streets nearby.

Building and orientation:

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old building typical of Paris' central areas, with no elevator. The flat is oriented towards a quiet paved street where the traffic is very limited.

Layout of the apartment:

With its light and soft colors chosen for its decoration, this two-room apartment offers a perfect setting for a pleasant stay. The flat also gathers all the equipment needed as well as a tasteful design. The entrance opens onto a living room which consists of an open-plan kitchen (with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and hot plates), a dining table, a 140 cm sofa bed and a flat screen TV. The semi-glazed workshop-like partition between the living room and the bedroom brings a design touch to the overall. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and a closet. The bathroom includes a shower tub and the toilets are accessible from the living room.
