This is undoubtedly the side of Paris that you are more familiar with. The window displays of the Capital are displayed on the wide avenues designed by Baron Haussman. The neighborhood houses the 2 famous Parisian department stores, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps, where you will certainly find what you are looking for.

Building and orientation:

The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor of a beautiful old stone building. There is an elevator up to the 5th floor. Then, you have to walk up one floor as the apartment is on the 6th floor. It overlooks the street and has a 180° view over the Grand Boulevards.

Layout of the apartment:

This attic apartment is the perfect place to stay, right in very center on Paris. It opens onto a living room covered with wooden floor. It is furnished with a 160 cm sofa bed, a small dining table, a low sideboard and a flat screen TV. The bedroom is on one side of the living room, with a 140 cm double bed, a desk and small closet; on the other side of the living, there is an independent kitchen overlooking a flowered terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hot plates, a microwave, an oven and a washing machine. Accessible from the kitchen, the bathroom has a shower cabin and WC.
