The living room offers a sofa bed of 140 cm, a table and a flat screen TV and provides access to the bathroom which has toilets, a bathtub and storage. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room.

It is an old building typical of the central districts of Paris. The apartment is located on the fourth floor without an elevator, the windows overlook the street on the one side and the courtyard on the other.
